Lab testing

Moderated one-on-one usability tests, in facilities equipped with computers, webcams, video equipment and two-way mirrors. Using a combination of observation and survey techniques, participants conduct nominated tasks on specific features or areas of one or more websites.

Remote testing

Remote testing is the ideal usability solution where targeted respondents are geographically spread. Our moderators speak to respondents over the phone whilst viewing their computer screen from our office. We record both the respondent’s computer screen and the telephone conversation simultaneously.

Expert reviews

In contrast to mystery shopping and lab/remote testing, expert reviews are conducted by our user experience experts. They review your website(s) – as well as those of nominated competitors - against standard industry guidelines (heuristic evaluation) and task-related analysis of core areas (cognitive walkthrough).
