Terms and Conditions
This document gives the T&C for the current Prize Draw which runs from April 2008 and FINISHES at midnight on 31 May 2008.
The competition is open to everyone who enters their details as a member of the panel From 01st April 2008. The prize fund is £1,000 – to be distributed as one prize of £1,000.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Opinium Research "£1,000" prize draw competition.
The competition is open to everyone who enters their details as a member of the Opinium panel by midnight 31st May 2008. The prize fund is £1,000 – to be distributed as one prize of £1,000.
Entry to this prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. All prize draw entries become the property of the promoter.
The prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees or members of Opinium Research LLP and its associated companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
Only one prize draw entry per person is allowed. Entries will only be accepted via the online form provided, and only fully completed registration surveys will be eligible for the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for any entries that are in any way not received. The prize fund will be allocated in the form of one prize of £1,000. There are no alternatives to the cash prize, and the prize is not transferable.
The survey will close at midnight on 31st May 2008 and the prize draw winner will be selected at random, within 10 working days, from among all the completed entries.
The prize draw winners will be notified by email using the email address provided. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication regarding delivery/ acceptance of the prize. In the case that Opinium Research is unable to distribute the prize/ contact a winner in a period of 30 days, it may re-allocate the prize to an alternate winner.
The names of the prize draw winner will be posted on the Opinium Research website (www.opinium.co.uk) after the winners have been informed, and will also be available by writing to our registered address.
