Emily joined Opinium in January 2018 after working for Kantar Millward Brown where she led innovation, development and marketing for the Corporate and Healthcare practices.

As a former journalist and editor, Emily specialises in engaging with Key Opinion Former and Consumer audiences on behalf of both private and public-sector clients to help shape communication strategies, evaluate market trends and increase the strategic responsiveness of their organisations. Emily also sits on the advisory board for Loughborough University’s Online Civic Culture Centre for Doctoral Training which is studying the impact of social media on the spread of misinformation, disinformation and the rise of hate speech and incivility

Because she believes sleeping is often cheating she completed a PhD in American Literature, set-up a pop-up pudding bar in Soho, is writing her first book and has become a fair weather rower.
