Improving employee engagement across markets

The Need

Our client needed to run a global piece of employee engagement research, measuring satisfaction and engagement, covering their operations in over 40 countries and commissioned Opinium to design and conduct the study.

Our Approach

Supplementing the client’s questions with benchmarked measures from our Employee Engagement Framework, Opinium conducted an online survey amongst their database of 4,000+ employees. Using a series of techniques to maximise engagement, the survey was distributed in 6 different languages across 43+ countries.

The Outcome

The results of the research were used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the clients employee offer, providing them with insight on how to improve productivity going forward.

The global scale of the research allowed the client to drill down into the data and make comparisons between countries and regions amongst particular demographic groups such as gender, age group, seniority and role.
